The most charming fairy of all

Is the fairy godmother who

Watches over all her little godfairies.
She is on her toes, can never rest;
Ready to wave her wand if any distress,
Or turn any little girl into a sweet princess.
She flies up, flies down, around and about;
Always on the lookout for any queer sound.
And still she has fun, and still she sings,
Throwing kisses to all in the Fairy Kingdom.
